Welcome to the spring edition of Wandle News

We recently launched our new corporate strategy, and this spring issue of Wandle News focuses on how we are working to deliver the Right Homes, Right Services and the Right Support for our residents and we have outlined details on page 6.

Thank you to our customers who signed up for the recent TPAS (Tenants Participation Advisory Service) focus groups. Your feedback was invaluable and will be a key driver for positive change. There is more information on pages 4-5.

Fly-tipping is a big problem for many of you, and on page 2 we have shared what to do if you spot it. You have also told us you want to know who your housing officers are and how we can support you if you are experiencing anti-social behaviour (ASB).

We have introduced ASB surgeries to our local communities we operate in and you can read more about it on page 3.

As usual, we have included free and affordable Easter holiday activities on our back page for your family to entertain your little ones.
