Tenant Satisfaction Measures
ASB Community Safety Surgeries
We want to provide the right services, and ensure you feel safe in your home. That is why we have introduced ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) Community Safety Surgeries for our residents to help us engage and provide practical advice to resolve any ASB issues they may have.
Each surgery will provide the opportunity for residents to raise any ASB issues they might be experiencing, as well as obtaining an update if they have an existing case.
Residents will have the opportunity to meet with our Community Safety team and your housing officer will also be present.
A member of our Repairs team will also attend if you would like to discuss any issues concerning your home.
We are also reviewing our ASB policy, and we’d like our residents to help shape our new policy to reflect the services and experience they want.
If you have attended one of our surgeries or would like to help shape our new ASB policy, please contact us at communitysafety@wandle.com.

Fire Safety
The weather is beginning to warm up, but we must remain vigilant when it comes to fire safety. Most fires in the home are started by accident, therefore by carrying out a few simple safety checks in your home, can reduce the chances of a fire starting.

And remember, never try to tackle a fire yourself. Get out, stay out and call 999.

Know your Housing Officer
Housing officers are responsible for tenancy issues such as breaches or changes to a tenancy. They carry out tenancy visits on a three-year cycle (from August 2024).
During the visit they will check the tenant’s identity, to ensure the property is let to the correct tenant, check for any repairs and support you in any way they can. If you have not been visited by your housing officer yet, they will contact you within the next two years to book an appointment.
If you have a rent payment query, please contact income@wandle.com, and for a repair query, including reporting a repair, please contact customerservices@wandle.com.
If you would like to check who your housing officer is, or have any questions, please contact the team at neighbourhood@wandle.com.
