Residents Annual Report
Every year we work with the Customer Excellence Panel to produce an annual report of our performance, to share how we’ve done, what we’re focussed on improving and where we’ve done well.
This year is the first full year of Tenant Satisfaction Measure reporting, and we’ve included how we did against all of the TSMs in our report.
We were really pleased with overall satisfaction climbing from 51% (2022/23) to 59.5% (2023/24) – which shows that changes and improvements we’re making are beginning to have an effect but know that we still have further to go.
Our colleagues are engaged and committed to what we do.
Changes made this year, and our ongoing actions will start to deliver real improvements – working in more productive and purposeful ways to deliver outcomes for customers that make us proud.
Wandle is a not-for-profit housing provider – we're a charity that relies on rents and grants to provide social homes and services. Any surplus each year is invested back into services and homes. Below you can see how each £1 you pay us is spent, on average.
