We've been working on a new Customer Voice Framework to formalise how we include your voice in everything we do.

We think this new framework supports our goals to provide the ‘Right Services’ and ‘Right Support’ for all of residents. Once agreed, it will ensure we are listening and learning from what you tell us, making sure it's at the heart of the decisions we make, and ensuring we listen to voices that might not usually be heard.
